Since I did this hub my life changed and I moved from my home into a smaller home In another city. My new kitchen had very little room for food and dishes. The armorie that was once my desk as turned into a pantry.

Demi Moore has been self-isolating at her sprawling home in Hailey, Idaho with her three daughters Rumer, Scout and Tallulah, as well as her ex husband Bruce Willis, his wife Emma and their two daughters making for a very modern family.

Here is our finished armoire. I put all my desk items in it. It holds a huge amount of stuff with the two extra shelves. I add boxes, baskets, or plastic containers to put things in. If it were open all the time where people could see it I would make it look better with matching boxes or baskets etc. It's in our bedroom office area where no one goes and it's behind a door. I used what containers I had around the house. The armoire holds lots of stuff just about all my disk and computer items.

Wonderful hub, moonlake! I love old armoires and will soon be inheriting a 150 year old antique armoire from my grandmother. She has used it for storing many things over the years, mainly clothes and craft items. Voted up and useful!

I think you can save so much by upcycling sturdy used furniture. I know this one belonged to you from the start, but sometimes it's possible to get good furniture at yard sales and thrift stores too, and turn them into something useful and beautiful for just a little expense compared to buying something new, and a piece of furniture you've redone yourself often adds so much more character to your home.

GW: During the French and Indian War, I experienced the haughty British attitude toward me as an American.  The British soldiers in general did not think much of the American colonists.  Furthermore, they were not willing to listen to what I had to say about the combat on American soil.  My first job was a land surveyor.  I know how to get around the valleys, woods, plains, and rivers, but the British didn't want to hear what I could offer them.  So, I resigned my military rank and settled at Mount Vernon as a planter with my wife, Martha.  Later, I was involved in the Virginia Colonial politics and realized that we Americans would be better of breaking away from the British Empire.  I was against the taxation policies during those turbulent years in the 1760s and the 1770s.

Use one in a little girl's room put in all her dress up clothes. Make it hers by adding stick-on flowers or if you can paint even better. It will hold all her jewels, tutus, crowns, mom's old heels, hats and fairy wings. A little girl would love something like this and it would hide away the clutter.

'It's been really funny having both my parents at the this house where they, like, raised us,' Scout explained as first reported in Us Weekly. 'It's kind of divine time to just hang out with them. … I'm very grateful to be with my family.'

This is my friend's old one she had her television in it at one time. She has now turned it into a place to put her sewing machine. Works great in her sewing room and she can close it away. My pictures aren't the best I was trying to take them with my phone camera. It does give you an idea of what you can do if you need a place for your sewing machine.

(Little did he know that he would come out of retirement in 1787 to unite America again at the Constitution Convention in Philadelphia, PA. He would lead the new United States of America as the first president in April 1789 and served for 8 more years.)

I see armoires all the time at yard sales. They can't be used for television like they once could. Only the smaller flat screen televisions will fit into them. I still use one in my bedroom for a thirty-inch television. The bigger screens just won't fit.

On Monday, insisted she's appreciative for the time she shares with her loved ones, the actress, 57, captioned the images, captured by photographer Brian Bowen Smith from a car: 'Thankful to be with family today (and every day): @brianbowensmith #bbsdrivebys.' [sic]

GW: You known, some military men have huge ego.  After Gen. Horatio Gates won the victory over Gen. John Burgoyne's British Army in Saratoga, New York in October 1777, Gates got big-headed.  Some people in America started saying that Gates should replace me.  I learned later that he didn't really do much at Saratoga.  It was due to the brilliance of Gen. Benedict Arnold.  Yeah, that traitor Arnold.  But Gates got all the credit, and it made Arnold quit on America and went over to the British side.  Later on, Gates got the assignment in the South, and he was really jacked up.  But he and his troops were routed by the British Army led by Gen. Cornwallis in Camden, South Carolina in 1780.  That pretty much ended his ambition to replace me. In the end, I remained the supreme commander of the Continental Army throughout the Revolutionary War and got to see Cornwallis' army surrender at Yorktown in October1781.
